Our most popular family camping area offers peaceful surroundings, spacious campsites and easy access to amenities. It’s ideal for families with young children or anyone looking to relax beside Gap Creek.

🌊 Causeway, Lakeside, Gap Creek Flat & Gap Creek Flat East (Campground 2)

These picturesque campgrounds feature beautiful creek frontage, open grassy areas and plenty of space for families, friends and group camping.

🚙 Peacock Crossing East & West (Campground 3)

Looking for a true off-grid adventure? These secluded campsites are accessible only by 4WD or high-clearance vehicles and offer a genuine bush camping experience.

⭐ Bore Flat (Campground 4)

Our most remote campground is perfect for experienced campers seeking peace, privacy, spectacular sunsets and incredible stargazing. A 4WD or high-clearance vehicle is essential.

With more than 1.5 kilometres of beautiful Gap Creek frontage, you’ll enjoy wide-open spaces, campfires under the stars and plenty of room for the kids to explore.

Camping Tips

To help you enjoy your stay, please remember:

Bring a 20–30 metre extension lead if you’ve booked a powered campsite.
Bring water containers if you’d like to collect drinking water from the communal taps.
Avoid camping too close to Gap Creek during wet weather.
Please leave access clear for powered campsites and neighbouring campers.
Campfires are welcome in designated areas, subject to weather conditions and fire restrictions.

Powered campsites are allocated when required.

If you’re booking an unpowered campsite, simply select “Unpowered” during the booking process. Unpowered sites aren’t pre-allocated, so you’re free to explore the property and choose your favourite location on arrival.
