• Animal Feeding Tour: $50 per family of 4 | $15 per person (includes animal feed)

• Enjoy a self-guided farm tour or help our farmer feed guinea pigs, ducks, sheep, goats, Gloria the pig, and more.

• Bookings & payment through Reception upon arrival.

Helmets provided. Waivers required for all horse activities.

📅 Holiday Closures

Annual Closure Period
We are closed each year for 2–3 weeks in February for scheduled maintenance.

2026 Maintenance Closure
We will be closed from Monday 1 February to Thursday 25 February 2027

Christmas Operating Details
On Christmas Day and Boxing Day, we are only open for a couple of set hours each day to accept reservations for the upcoming festive season. Please contact office directly to confirm times or organize pre check in.
No activities are scheduled during this period, and the restaurant will be closed until 27 December.

📜 Deposit, Cancellation & Early Departure Policy

🏖️ Minimum Stays

• 3-night minimum stay for Easter and long weekends (cabins & powered campsites)

• 2-night minimum stay for weekends and school holidays (cabins & powered campsites)

🕒 Late Checkout

• Late cabin checkout (must be pre-arranged): $50 surcharge

💳 Deposits

• A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at time of booking

• Credit card details are required for security

📅 Cancellations

• 28+ days notice: Deposit refunded minus a 20% administration fee

• 14–27 days notice: Deposit held as credit for a future booking (must rebook within 6 months; subject to availability & management discretion)

• Less than 14 days notice: No refund or credit

• Act of God / Force of Nature: No refund, but in-house credit offered (valid for 12 months, subject to availability & peak time restrictions)

🚪 Early Departure

• Change of mind: No refund or credit

• Illness, injury, or significant weather event: Credit/refund may be granted at management’s discretion

  • If granted, credit must be used within 6 months of original booking date

  • Subject to availability and peak period restrictions

💸 Public Holiday Surcharge

• A 15% surcharge applies to all bookings on public holiday
